"Bigfoot DNA" tested and is determined to be Bear/Human |
Recently the story about Bigfoot DNA is a twisted knot and frayed at the end. With every new update, we have to decide how far back to tell the story in order to give context to the twist and turns and frayed edges.
We should start with what is popularly familiar to most readers. There is a lab in Texas that has been conducting a 5 year Bigfoot DNA study, this study is led by veterinarian Melba Ketchum. Recently one of her associates leaked some preliminary findings, forcing her to come out with a press release about her Bigfoot DNA study on Nov. 25th 2012.
Melba Ketchum claims she has tested hundreds of samples, but there is one sample that is the most talked about and possibly the most controversial. It is the sample taken from what is commonly referred to as the "Bigfoot steak" or the "Sierra kills sample". It is a sample from a man named Justin Smeja who claimed to have shot and killed two Bigfoot.
Below is an excerpt of Melba Ketchum commenting on the sample last Sunday (12/22/2012) on radio call-in show Coast-to-Coast AM.

As you can hear in the audio, Melba claims she believes Justin is telling the truth, referring to his passing a lie detector test. She also adds that Justin may be concerned that he may have legal concerns due to the fact that Bigfoot are part human.
This brings us to today's news. The website, Sierra Evidence Initiative announced the Bigfoot steak Justin offered as a sample to Melba Ketchum was also independently tested by a group of Bigfooters that took it to Canada’s most respected forensic DNA labs at Trent University. The tests came back as a female black bear and human (Justin Smeja).

Many who are close to Justin still feel his story about killing two Bigfoot is solid, and that perhaps when he went back to the site he did not actually get flesh from a Sasquatch, but from a bear.
However, there are two great opportunities that we are looking forward to. Due to this process. Tyler Huggins and Bart Cutino, the two Bigfooters that submitted the independent DNA study with the Canadian Lab will produce a protocol to help other Bigfooters independently verify/dismiss Bigfoot DNA. The other opportunity is the Sierra Kill Site has had some promising activity since Justin Smeja claimed to have killed the Sasquatches and will continue to be a place of future field research.
The story is also not over for Justin Smeja. Bart Cutino still has boots that were, according to Justin Smeja, saturated with Sasquatch blood. These boots have not yet been tested.
Click the following link to read the entire DNA lab study. We are sure this is only the beginning as these results will most likely generate a discussion between Melba Ketchum's findings, the findings of these labs and Justin Smeja's involvement in both.

You'd think that the blood from the boots would be the first thing sampled and tested. That's a logical assumption, anyway.
ReplyDelete:)
I couldn't agree more JP,that's the first thing that has just come into my head!! I mean, how long does it take to test blood aswell. They should have tested both samples at the same time, how hard can that be? They do it to keep the story going and people on the edge. In the end it's just not professional conduct!
DeleteAbsolutely Why weren't the boots tested right away ...???...I mean come on..!! two years later.....and isn't it odd the Justin finds a piece of Bear in the exact spot....he thought he left the Bigfoot kill..things never added up....
Deleteeveryone has camera/phones but never any pictures
DeleteWell, I didn't believe the guy once I got to see the first interview. When I watched the other interviews I could tell the guy was lying by his voice, body language, eye movement and I said he was a liar on the comments section. I also said that when he passed the lie detector test as they can be beaten by numerous methods and ones ability even to believe their own lies. Testing the boots won't prove anything different in my opinion. He didn't know enough about firearms and ammunition, yet he claims to have killed hundreds of critters. He said he wanted to be a cop but when he described the way he shot these things he was shooting from his vehicle, maybe even shooting into a hunting zone he didn't have a license for but didn't care. Nor did he care that if it was a man in a suit, he didn't quite know what a Bigfoot was but still he shot it. Just doesn't make sense. I think Smeja is still full of crap that wasted a lot of peoples time and energy, like now. lol
ReplyDeleteThe shooting did happen, just not the way he said it happened in all the interviews.
DeleteYou are the one that doesn't know enough about guns. The rifle he used easily has the power to stop bears.
DeleteOh my god, are you saying someone lied? Contaminated bear DNA. Awesome! Those who are sitting around thinking this is a done deal are the same people who thought Biscardi, after years of hoaxing and all out lies, finally had a dead bigfoot in a freezer. Some of the guys who have blogtalk shows with the word "Bigfoot" in the title scare me with their complete lack of critical thinking skills.
ReplyDeleteSo he killed a human wearing a Bigfoot suit made of Bear fur, shouldn't someone be investigating this chump for murder.
ReplyDeleteAnother wheel falls off from the Ketchum circus...watch all the mental midgets dismiss this.."doesnt matter" they will say.. :)
ReplyDeleteNo paper will ever come out..Ketchum will cut and paste some rubbish on her facebook and claim the results were "blocked" by peer review..then she will have a meltdown.. and vanish..
And the faithful will not be effected.."doesnt matter" they will say..and march again when the next hoax comes along..
"They" will never learn.. :)
Yup. It all rests on Rick Dyer's shoulders now.
ReplyDeleteSurprising to me that anyone took Ketchum and Smeja seriously in the first place. Neither of 'em possess(ed)any credibility whatsoever. I am certain that the reason why so many people doubt or outright disbelieve the possibility of bigfoots existence is that the critter constantly attracts too many twats and dung-crunchers who tout themselves as "researchers" . . . Ah well. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteWhat's surprising to me is that anyone posting as 'Anonymous' calling out anybody's credibility. At least take the time to make up an Identity before denigrating the rest of the bigfoot community
DeleteKetchum used about 9 labs to do the DNA analysis. Bart Cutino used one lab and his telephone has a 100% chance of being wiretapped by the people who are attempting to discredit all Bigfoot DNA analysis. There is then a 100% chance that the discreditors spoke to the DNA lab. I think that it is highly probable that Cutino's lab falsified their results. Let us hear from 8 more labs on the Cutino samples. Otherwise, this DNA lab results means absolutely nothing, given the magnitude of the corruption that is highly motivated to produce lab results like what Cutino received.
ReplyDeleteWell you're at least going to hear from one more lab according to Bart. That would make the score Bart 2 labs and Melba 0 labs if you're keeping score at home.
DeleteHey, how about we hear from just one of her labs without her or her bragging about how many imaginary labs she used?
I'm a friend of Bart's Mr Gov conspiracy and knows he'd give anything for Ketchum to be right as the guy wants these things proven pretty bad. How do you know Bart even mentioned the Canadian U on the phone? Maybe he did....maybe he didn't.
Based on everything your sayin, if there's no Gov conspiracy, the results from Bart's labs are ok then? That's the wing and prayer you're relying on
Where did you get government conspiracy? I never said that. Either the NSA hands out telephone wiretapping equipment like candy, to any group that wants to subcontract for them, and do the illegal things that the NSA cannot do, or the bad guys own the company that makes the equipment and they just distribute it around the country to their minions. Either way, the criminals now have all the equipment they need to prey upon society in ways that the public cannot even imagine.
DeleteWhat an idiot you are. If 200 independent labs tested this sample and all came back with the same result "part bear and part smeja" not part human...part bear and smeja's DNA mixed. You would claim its a big cover-up. Which is equally ridiculous, there is absolutely no reason for anyone to cover-up Bigfoot existence.
DeleteTwo sets of dna. Time to rule out Smeja and Ketchum as unintentional donors.
ReplyDeleteThe people in law enforcement will know the importance of the term "chain of evidence", in order to make evidence applicable to any particular case. There is no chain of evidence here. We don't know where Smeja got the lump of bear fur. We don't know where Cutino got the lump of bear fur. The photo shows no indications that a piece was shaved off to send to Ketchum. We don't know if Ketchum either received and/or performed a DNA study on any part of this sample. The photo appear to be cut out of a piece of a hunters kill, and has no proveable connection to the Smeja alleged massacre. Smeja is apparently a trigger happy, gun toting moron, who will kill anything in the forest, with or without a license. It is likely that he has the hide of a recently killed bear, somewhere around his single wide trailer that he calls home. So Bart Cutino and all the other complete morons who are attempting to once again discredit Ketchum, quite frankly, do not have a leg to stand on. They are up a creek without a paddle. Defamation of character against Ketchum, in regard to these results, is a prosecutable felony in many States.
ReplyDeleteYou had me until you started name-calling. Your chain of evidence argument is compelling and in our opinion worth discussion. Thanks for your comment.
DeleteAnon, Ketchum is an idiot just like you!
DeleteYou can't be that dumb dude. Ketchum has no credibility what so ever. She has yet to prove a thing but you fools still defend her. Guys like you are gonna be jumping off bridges when she fails to produce a damn thing.
DeleteI feel sorry for guys like you
Wow, Bart Cutino is a moron defaming Ketchum by testing samples she claimed is from a bigfoot without indep confirmation as a precautionary measure because of concerns they all had that didn't jive. Are you out of your mind? I've known Bart for years as I've from Salinas and have a mild interest in bigfoot...not like Bart though LOL, and I've casually followed Sierras incident but these guys, Bart & Tyler are doing the right thing being careful and transparent and some people are trying to attack their character for it. it's just crazy and sickening as Bart probably wants to prove bigfoots are real more then anyone.
ReplyDeleteWow! Prove that Ketchum claimed that her test samples were cut from the same hide that Cutino has. You are assuming that. Apparently, so is Cutino. Smeja pulled one over on both of you and apparently lied to someone's face. The only public statement that Ketchum made about Smeja was that she believes that Smeja shot a real bigfoot. And that is it in its entirety. You cannot tie that hide piece to Ketchum's test samples. The DNA does not match for starters, and there is no videos proving that Ketchum's test samples were cut from that hide. Furthermore, it is highly unlikely that Smeja carried his entire sample to Texas, so that he could slice of a small portion for Ketchum in front of her. So she would not be able to associate that bear fur sample with her test sample. Cutino is wasting his money in attempting to obtain an alternate DNA study of Ketchum's samples. Because Cutino does not have Ketchum's samples. This is what happens when amateurs are allowed to participate in scientific studies. They deliberately try to discredit the experts, because they want to be famous themselves. Just like MK Davis.
ReplyDeleteAnd you know this how? Please till us. Fact is you don't.
DeleteIt took 5 weeks for Smeja to get back out to the site. It took another 2 weeks for him to get something to Cutino. The photo of the coyote or bear hide, does not appear to show 5 weeks of decay and attack by magots, and that is assuming that it was put in a freezer upon receipt. The photo also does not look like it was just dug out of a freezer either. If you watch some of the youtube videos on deer decay, the carcasses are pretty much gone in 5 weeks. Consequently, there are structural issues in that don't add up. Bear hides also do not look like coyote hides. Furthermore, since Cutino's telephones are wire tapped by the organization that funds internet skeptics, that organization appears to have contacted the Canadian lab, and directed them to falsify the results so that the Sierra kills could be discredited as being that of something that could have been mistaken for a Bigfoot. Which would be a bear. In my opinion, Smeja could have given Cutino an alligator hide, and it still would have come back as a bear hide from that Canadian lab. Corruption runs very deep in the Bigfoot coverup.
DeleteNobody needs to discredit Melba Ketchum. She's doing a dandy job of it on her own.
ReplyDeleteLove the Bigfoot hype don't worry bloggers never commented
ReplyDeleteBefore hell don't even tyPe much but spend most of my days in the woods (ca) hunting and fishing definitely not squatching anyways never believed really that optimism would hit me on this paranormal anyways sorry know commas or . Smeja is exposed as a liar. End of story. On to the next one.
ReplyDeleteLiars, doggone liars and Smeja!

ReplyDeleteat least he will be remembered for something... being a fruitloop
ReplyDeleteI just watched NatGeotvs Bigfoot: the new evidence:sasquatch, it had this guy on it. They tested it was bear. When asked again in person, on the site, to explain how things went down that day, he sweated. he flustered. and when he was told it was bear, he sweated, he stumbled. he also appeared, later that day, same channel, that stupid $10 mil Bigfoot bounty show. there he was again, bragging he killed bigfoots. When asked about the testing on his hair, he said it was "Feral human". Then told a slightly different version of the story. You cant watch this guy stumble through confrontation over facts, and say hes telling the truth. i included the link for the show, check it all out. the Yeti being an Polar bear hybrid is fascinating. http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/channel/episodes/sasquatch/
