Preserving the African Bigfoot of the Maasai

The Massai have there own Bigfoot legend, previously only preserved through oral tradition
In an effort to preserve the stories for unborn generations, the African's Wildest Stories project records audio of ordinary Africans telling extraordinary stories.

Out of 20-plus stories recorded, one peaked our interest. It is the Maasai tale. The Maasai are semi-nomadic people located in Kenya and northern Tanzania. The audio below is a tale told by Nickson Parmisa of the Masasai Bigfoot; a hairy, smelly, human-like beasts, which used to roam the Savannah, eating people but not their cattle.

Previous to this Maasai story the only African bigfoot-like creature we were aware of was the Waterbobbejaan of  South Africa, now we can add another to the a/k/a Bigfoot World Map below.
