BFRO Releases 2011 Fish Lake Thermal Videos

In 2011 BFRO lead an expedition into the Fish Lake area, Fish Lake is near the Bluff Creek area in northern California. During this expedition 5 of the 6 members were able to spot a figure on a thermal camera for a full fifteen minutes.

Today they have released their three-part series regarding the events that transpired on the last night of the expedition. The description of the videos are, "five of six individuals reported seeing a figure through a hand held therm (ThermalEye X 100 XP) while traveling along a dirt road in total darkness. They used 3rd generation night vision (starlight scope) and the latest weapon in the squatching arsenal, a therm..."

The next morning, BFRO Field Researchers Bill Brewer and Robert Leiterman met up with the witnesses at the scene of their encounter with video camera in hand and this is what they shared.

While investigating their NorCal coastal redwoods research area, Bart Cutino and Ranger Robert Leiterman stumble upon a huge hollowed out redwood log. Inside they find what appears to be a nest constructed of sticks and other vegetative debris. Is this one time dilapidated wood rat structure a Bigfoot nest? We contend it's merely an impressive black bear den & we'll explain why.
