Military Hospitals Treat Victims of Sasquatch Infrasound

Squatcher Toby Johnson once recalled being "zapped" by Sasquatch
If you're looking for an in-depth investigation on these claims you wont find it. We are sharing an interesting claim from a witness who was comfortable sharing his name.

In the community it is called getting "zapped". In most descriptions it is a simultaneous feeling of  awe, fear and even paralysis. When looking for explanations some have concluded it is similar to the same effects caused by infrasound--an infrasound created by Sasquatch.

In 2003 MSNBC reprinted an Associated Press article that reported, "British scientists have shown in a controlled experiment that the extreme bass sound known as infrasound produces a range of bizarre effects in people including anxiety, extreme sorrow and chills — supporting popular suggestions of a link between infrasound and strange sensations."

In a new post at KultusBook.com, Kirk Sigurdson takes the phenomena a step further and mentions a conversation with a man who was aware of infrasound victims being treated by the military. Read a bit below:

Here I am (below) with Kevin Jones "The Colonel." I met Kevin for the first time about ten minutes before this picture was taken at Sasquatch Revealed, which took place at the Discovery Center in The Dallas, Oregon.

Kevin told me about some very interesting accounts of people suffering from infrasound exposure that had been inflicted by sasquatches.

A few of these victims have been successfully treated by military hospitals that specialize in treating such injuries because doctors there have experience with side-effects from military-based infrasound activities.

Totem poles could symbolically depict sasquatch defensive and offensive infrasound "blasting," which is interpreted by most anthropologists as mere whistling.

Based upon the descriptions Kevin offered of such injuries, I'm fairly sure that I have suffered from similar symptoms that were caused by bigfooting.

"Moan for Bigfoot" Tops the Non-Human Love Interest Genre of E-Books

Non-human love interest genre or Monster Erotica is a Cottage Industry
"You don't have to go further than "Twilight," "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Teen Wolf," "Vampire Diaries," and "Dracula" to see why so many romance seekers would gladly make out with monsters." -- Bonnie Burton; Crave

Really? Yes, really. At CNET News Bonnie Burton takes a serious look at the new trend of non-human love interests in e-books. Guess which non-human tops the list? You guessed it, Bigfoot. This is like "50 shades of Reddish-Brown Fur" An excerpt from her article is below:
It's easy to mock book titles like "Boffing Bigfoot," "Taken by the Tentacle Monsters," and "Sex With My Husband's Anatomically Correct Robot," but there's a growing market for erotic fiction by amateur writers that involves something a bit more unusual than an oversexed pirate or kilted warrior.

If romance e-books with sexy Yeti, mermen, Cthulhu, and aliens fill your tablet or e-reader and send your heart racing, the increasingly popularity of books featuring non-human love interests will come as no surprise. However, many may have been introduced to so-called monster porn for the first time thanks to a recent Business Insider piece on e-book retailers cracking down on this literary genre that's gaining a wide following online. One of the titles in question, "Moan For Bigfoot" by Virginia Wade, has been downloaded more than 100,000 times.
You can read more how this trend started and how authors are able to "sneak" past the guidelines of e-book publishers at Bonnie Burtons CNET post .

Sasquatch Revealed with Dr. Jeff Meldrum

After Dr. Jeff Meldrum's preesentation he and Cliff Barackman discuss tracks (photo: Craig Flipy)
On Dec 28th in the Dalles, Oregon Dr. Jeff Meldrum gave a presentation to kick off the "Sasquatch Revealed" exhibit at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center. The exhibit was curated by published author Chris Murphy.

Susan Buce, marketing director of the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center, deserves a lot of credit for a successful evening; which included a generous last-minute additional presentation by Dr. Jeff Meldrum for those who were not able to buy dinner tickets. The event was completely sold out and very successful.

Among the two speakers that were publicized, Dr. Jeff Meldrum and Thomas Steenburg, a surprise guest was Bigfoot legend Bob Gimlin, who recalled the moment he and Roger Patterson filmed Patty. (watch a video of Bob Gimlin describing that day while watching a 3d recreation).

After listening to Tom Steenburg I was impressed with his no-nonsense approach to research. He definitely declared the typical caveats, addressing that portions of his research were anecdotal, but he mentioned it at the top of his presentation and didn't belabor the point. In my opinion many bigfooters, myself included, can spend too much time prefacing and defending. Mr. Steenburg does not suffer from this and gets right to the point.

I immediately purchased two books authored by Tom Steenburg after the event; In Search of Giants: Meet the Sasquatch and Bigfoot Sasquatch Encounters. I recommend them in that order. These are great books that cover the Canadian side of the Sasquatch Phenomena.

Speaking of books, novelist Kirk Sigurdson attended the event with me and we were able to spend some more time afterwords with Cliff Barackman, Bob Gimlin, Dr. Meldrum, Chris Murphy, and Tom Steenburg. Cliff had some casts from his Orang Pendek Project and shared them with Meldrum.

Kirk has some excellent follow ups from the event with greater detail at his Kultusbook.com website. There are two links below.
