| Survivorman star Les Stroud will host a Bigfoot special |
The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed Les Stroud, host of the Science Channel's Survivorman series, will have two upcoming specials. The specials are titled Survivorman & Son and Survivorman: Bigfoot Sasquatch Territory, they are set to debut in the first-quarter 2014. Below you can read excerpts from the Hollywood Reporter regarding details on the Bigfoot special.
In Bigfoot Sasquatch Territory, a two-part special, Stroud goes deep into the territory of the infamous Bigfoot to survive with few supplies and even fewer rations, "smack dab in the middle of the monster’s hotspots." He also will delve into the truth behind the legend as he investigates the whereabouts of this infamous creature.The Hollywood Reporter leaves it at that. you can read about the second special Survivorman & Son in the same article. Where is this infamous "bear Jail" where they send all the bad grizzly bears in which Todd Standing had his first encounter and was chased out (Radium Springs)? This is where they are nesting, so where is it, please give lat. and long. of location.

DeleteLes is a fantastic guy and this is one show that I will be eagerly awaiting its debut. Les is a no nonsense guy and to me,he gives and extra air of credibility to the subject. Way to go Les. However,I do have a word of caution..leave Todd Standing out of it! I had heard rumors that Les was talking of teaming up with Todd...dont do it Les! Todd is a younger version of Biscardi.

ReplyDeleteI heard him dis Man vs Wild in an offhand way. He was talking about harmonizing with nature as a way to survive. He said something like "its not me vs nature" its me "working with nature".."that's why the idea of man VS nature or man VS the wild is so ridiculous"....it was cool.

As it is? As it is right now it's non-existant, far far far from a normal mammal. & the talk show he's on is Joe Rogan's. Les's show is more of a guide/ how to show, like something on DIY. Preyed upon, really? Don't watch it then if you don't want to contribute to his fame. Perhaps you should live more like the squatch & remove yourself from the world of entertainment & social media.

Can't wait, stroud is the only hope I have of truly "finding bigfoot" thanks moneymaker for selling out, short of having a sighting of my own, les stroud can erase my newly found doubts.

ReplyDeletewe have seen so mamy of these bigfoot shows in the past and they were just a lot of crap and talk, however i do watch les and love his show and would love to see what he comes up with. I myself am a bigfoot follower since the fall of 86 which i had a encounter of something wile out on my quad...GO LES......

ReplyDeleteHe is taking a professional approach to a subject that has many arguing both ways,real not real.He is trying to present evidence,no more no less.He said make up your own mind.But also has hopes if it is real that he will be able to prove it.And if not real,also prove that point beyond doubt.He is an outdoorsman with a very good background that makes him the perfect person to do this.
DeleteI watched both shows with Lee and Todd. Lee Stroud will find the truth as if there is not already enough. They have DNA footage pics but people of the world need the body to believe. Well I believe in the Lord and I have seen him either. anyway at the end of the second episode Lee says he will return by himself with cameras and get the footage if it takes him a month.
ReplyDeleteJust watched both episodes....and I am somewhat disappointed with Les! When I saw the name of the show, I thought "finally, now I will know from someone I trust". I never thought of Survivor Man in the same category as "those dumb fake reality shows, until today. It did seem as it went on that he was more skeptical of this Todd guy, when they showed his footage I said "what, that's phony!". I actually got the feeling Les was realizing he was being used. This could really hurt his reputation. Or maybe he was desperate for $????? Big disappointment to me.....

ReplyDeleteI LIVE in the White Mts, AZ and not only have heard them but had TV and BFRO visit us....I already stopped watching Finding Bigfoot cuz that show is a joke...BUT FOR YOU....to make me believe that you don't have 24hr audio going and you tell your public YOU HEARD SOMETHING WHILE THE CAMERA WAS OFF....hmmmm....get ratings all u can
ReplyDeleteI am confused.. I thought I just watched episode two but it said the search continues and they had just gotten to the place where Todd encountered 7 of them he said. Is there another epi somewhere?
